UK shipping
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £6.95, next working day on orders placed before 2pm.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.95, 1-2 working days.
- Free Tracked 24 delivery on orders over £60.
- Tracking link emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned in by Royal Mail.
Cut-off times
Place your order before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, and it goes out the same working day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays ship on the next working day.
Packaging
Lyophilised vials are vacuum-sealed and shipped in temperature-stable, plain padded mailers. No external branding mentions the contents.
International
We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is in the works.
Payment
We use secure pay-by-bank (open banking). At checkout you are redirected to approve the payment directly in your own banking app - there are no card details to enter, and we never see or store your payment information. Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
Returns
Because of the nature of the products, we can't accept returns once an order has shipped - and vials must remain sealed for any claim. If the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a defect visible through the sealed packaging, report it to our team within 14 days of delivery and we'll either replace it or refund you in full - your choice. Once a vial is opened we can't accept claims.
